Customer Service delivery is integrated within hairdressing apprenticeship training and includes: Key Skills, Employment Rights & Responsibilities. & Technical Certificate.
There are 6 essential client care units:
- Communicate using Customer Service language
- Follow the Rules to deliver Customer Service
- Give Customers/Clients a positive impression
- Deliver reliable Customer Service
- Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems.
- Develop personal performance through delivery of Customer Service
Essential knowledge is assessed at the Academy by oral questioning and on-line testing. Practical assessment takes place on training days at the academy, and also in your salon, by prior arrangement with the Employer.
