Customer Service delivery is integrated within hairdressing apprenticeship training and includes: Key Skills, Employment Rights & Responsibilities. & Technical Certificate.

There are 6 essential client care units:


  1. Communicate using Customer Service language
  2. Follow the Rules to deliver Customer Service
  3. Give Customers/Clients a positive impression
  4. Deliver reliable Customer Service
  5. Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems.
  6. Develop personal performance through delivery of Customer Service

 

Essential knowledge is assessed at the Academy by oral questioning and on-line testing. Practical assessment takes place on training days at the academy, and also in your salon, by prior arrangement with the Employer.
